A few months back I started listening to guided meditations. At first, I was really skeptical about doing them. “Creepy, it taps into my mind and tells me what to do! I don’t need that!” Sure in a way but in a more positive way. I felt that wanted to change myself from the inside out and one way was to listen to affirmations over and over again. I noticed a difference after a week of listening to the guided meditations. I felt more confident, I walked a little taller, carried myself differently and people noticed.  After hard days when unwinding doesn’t help clear my mind from the day these mediations help me focus on the good things and I am able to sleep a little better. Guided mediations helped me with concentration and focus. Most of the time I end up falling asleep because of the music and soothing voices. LOL The point is to get me to sleep peacefully. The subconscious picks up on things said during the mediation. A few times have found myself repeating similar affirmations to friends and family. I feel good about myself and rested like I can take on anything.

All are great. Sometimes I run them on a loop usually listening one or two mediations a night. Each mediation runs for about two to three hours each.
