Alfredo Sauce Recipe

Gluten-free keto friendly alfredo sauce! My friend and I love to make food together. This was one of the recipes we tweaked by adding more of each ingredient. We like to flavors and this sauce a lot. I like it with steamed veggies, gluten-free garlic toast, rice noodles, over rice and corn chips. Super weird combos but soo good! You gotta try it once, ya know?

Ingredients:

1-2 tbs of Butter

1 brick of Cream cheese- 1/2 cup

2-3 cups Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 cup  of shredded Parmesan Cheese

1/4 tsp Italian spices: oregano, parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, or a combination of any of these spices

 

Steps:

Melt cream cheese in a saucepan with butter on medium heat

Stir in heavy whipping cream

Stir in freshly shredded parmesan until melted

Add desired Italian spices

Cook down to desired thickness- the color of cream should be a light yellow color once done

Serve on noodles- gluten free or veggie noodles
