Artichoke Dip Recipe

In a time crunch and need to get some calories in before your next event or gym work out? This artichoke recipe is fast and easy. You can make it one of two ways. In the microwave or the oven. The need for calorie intake is up to you! Very keto friendly and gluten-free!

 

Ingredients:

Canned or Jarred Artichoke hearts

Cream cheese

Mayo

Mozzarella

Parmesan cheese

Tabasco sauce (optional)

 

Baking instructions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Cut up Artichokes into small bite sizes or diced- either way, is wonderful- cook’s choice

Mix all ingredients into a bowl

Once ingredients are mixed put mixture into a small baking pan

Cook until lightly golden or for about 25-30 minutes.

Let cool for about 10 minutes

Enjoy dipping with chips or veggies!

 

Microwave instructions:

Mix ingredients in a desired sized microwaveable safe bowl

Heat for 2 minutes, stir and heat again for another 2 minutes

Let cool for about 5 minutes and enjoy with chips or veggies!

 

Do you like artichokes? I never tried them until I had artichoke dip!
