Fried rice with left overs: seriously really easy to make. Double or triple recipe if needed. Serves 2-4 people.
What you’ll need:
- Left over meat from last night- slice and dice into smaller bite size
- 1/4 cup Diced Onion
- 1 tsp of Minced Garlic
- 4 Eggs
- Optional frozen veggies, bamboo shoots, baby corn
Lightly Brown onions and garlic, add eggs and rice. Stir evenly so ingredients mix and boom. Done. Enjoy!
