My Fried Rice Recipe

Fried rice with left overs: seriously really easy to make. Double or triple recipe if needed. Serves 2-4 people.

What you’ll need:

  • Left over meat from last night- slice and dice into smaller bite size
  • 1/4 cup Diced Onion
  • 1 tsp of  Minced Garlic
  • 4 Eggs
  • Rice
  • Optional frozen veggies, bamboo shoots, baby corn

Lightly Brown onions and garlic, add eggs and rice. Stir evenly so ingredients mix and boom. Done. Enjoy!
