Ever have those days where you can’t get out of bed? Its hard to get motivated? Its hard to leave the comfort of the warm bed and face the day? It’s pressing that snooze button multiple times and hoping that within the next five minutes you can get yourself out of bed. Oh trust me, I have been there. It was difficult to even find a reason to get out bed. I blamed it on my depression, my circumstances, my job etc. when in reality, I haven’t really discovered my purpose in life. It was only when I discovered who I wanted to be and what I wanted to do in life that I finally stopped pressing that snooze button. Sure on days I recharge or give myself a day of rest, I press it twice but it’s rare. I wake up with the sun, or to soft music playing. But either way I am up and ready to get the things I set out to do that day. One way to set up for the next day is to have that nightly routine. One that will get your relaxed thinking of your goals of the next day and not worrying about what happened that day. And once you are awake to have a great morning routine that gets you energized and ready to take on the day. Why snooze the day away when you can get up and get going to see the world, explore and discover you?
